The Day: Chrysten and Matt chose the Fairwinds Estate to start their new life together. Amongst family and friends the outdoor wedding in Lake Tahoe was a truly magnificent affair. The couples calm demeanor was displayed at the ceremony, with near 100 people in attendance the immediate family sat in the 20 chairs, while the rest of the family guests casually leaned on balconies, stairs and pine trees. Pastor Robert Orr read the vows, String Beings provided background music, Thrans Flowers designed floral arrangements and all the while Lake Tahoe provided a magical backdrop.
Events leading up to the wedding day weren't so relaxing for the couple however. The week before the wedding Chrysten tried to get away to relax by climbing Mt. Ranier with some friends. Unfortunately a late season snow storm trapped the group on the slope. Emergency crews rescued them in time for the special wedding in North Lake Tahoe.
Blue Onion catering provided excellent food, while Leep Entertainment kept the crowd dancing into the night. Dom Perrion flowed through the night to the pleasure of all, and the Cake created by Sweet Sensations capped off the enjoyment of all the guests. The memories will last a life time along with the photos captured by Distinctive Photography.
