Every detail in the planning of your wedding is personally designed: ceremony, floral arrangements, lodging, music, reception and any related items. Our wedding couples may not need everything but we will assist as much as needed. Full Service includes the Day of the Wedding option. If you are traveling from outside the Lake Tahoe Area, this option will provide you critical information on Florist, Bakers, DJ's and all other vendors you may use. To save time, costly phone bills and stress, we are your one Lake Tahoe Contact for all wedding needs. If you have a question regarding your flowers, your cake and your lodging, let us make the local calls and return your call with the answers you need. An excellent choice for out of town couples who are not working with a local chapel.
"Day of the Wedding" Coordination
For the Bride who has handled all the details herself but would like to spend her wedding day stress-free. Sierra Weddings Coordination Service can assist you, the wedding couple, by making sure all your arrangements go as planned. We will sit down with you and go over everything a week prior to the event. We will contact your vendors, introduce ourselves and be there to handle any unexpected situations. Also included is the rehearsal the day before the wedding. A very popular option for the Brides and Grooms who have planned everything and just want to enjoy their day!

Sierra Weddings will setup a variety of Vendors or possible wedding Sites based upon your budget. We will contact sites for availability, schedule your appointments and let them know a little about you before you see them so they can prepare to discuss with you your needs for your Lake Tahoe Wedding. This will along with basic site information, directions and an agenda will be emailed to you before you arrive in Tahoe. Let us save you time and headaches!
