The Day: Christina and Jon were married on a beautiful September day at Saint Theresa Church in South Lake Tahoe. Father Michael O'Reilly blessed the couple during a nuptial mass that was traditional and filled with singing and readings of meaning to the couple. During the ceremony guests were serenaded by local artist Christine. Doves from Memories on Wings were released after the ceremony.  From the church Sierra West Black Limousines whisked the couple away to Lake Tahoe’s lakefront golf course and wedding reception site Edgewood Tahoe.
Sierra Weddings designed an event to behold at the Golf Course for this traditional Italian wedding. The North room had stunning floral arrangements from Thran’s Flowers.  A sweethearts table was set up for the couple.  Special china and glassware was imported to add elegance to the event. The wedding cakes by Sweet Sensations mimicked the bride’s dress details and the grooms cake reminded all guests of the groom’s favorite pastime, fine cigars. Gifts were personally presented to guests at each table.  The sounds of the “worlds most dangerous party band” - Leep Entertainment  really got the party going after dinner. Guests gave the newlyweds a sparkler send off to their honeymoon at The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua on Maui, Hawaii.
