After calling several event companies Heather found Sierra Weddings. Sierra Weddings understood her vision completely, she wanted a winter wedding with Christmas warmth. Season romance, elegance, family and friends. Why Christmas time? because Christmas is the season for being with family and friends and truly this was what Heather and Dan wanted most for their wedding. The joining of their families and the reuniting with dearest friends.
Edgewood Lake Tahoe was transformed into an elegant ceremony and reception site. The Ceremony had urns as pine trees stuffed with Red Roses designed by Thrans flowers. Numerous candles lined the aisle way with a carpet of red roses that the bride walked down to meet her groom. After the ceremony by David Beronio the couple moved to the North room of Edgewood where a “gift table” under a Christmas tree was created and from which hung the party favors, ornaments with the saying ‘Tis the Season to be Married”
A gorgeous “gift wrapped” cake from Sweet Sensations capped off the elegant touches while Acqua Salon crafted the hair for the bride, Christa Hoffarth captured the photography and Videoquest productions the video. Platinum DJ kept the party rocking into the night and in the end Sierra West Limousine carried the couple back to their accommodations at Embassy Suites, Lake Tahoe.
